Your host, Yvette and Jason Cioran, so love Sylvan Lake that they purchased a summer cottage in 2012 to escape renovation in their Edmonton home.  When one of their favourite cabins came available in the middle of the block, they jumped at the opportunity to be closer to the lake, which is why their summer home has now become your summer cottage.

Jason is a Software Development Manager and Yvette is a web, print, and graphic designer who runs her company IM Solutions from home. Jason and Yvette are lucky enough to be able to spend their summers in Sylvan Lake and enjoy drinking coffee, visiting with friends and neighbours as well as spending hot summer days out on their boat.

Jason and Yvette have four children. A rock climber, an artist and world traveller, another artist who plays the cello and a sports enthusiast who plays the piano.  Two of their children, the ones still living at home, are babysitting age and looking for summer time gigs.
